Our project is located in Kocaeli - Yuvacik başiskele on a land of 65,000 m2 consisting of 20 blocks containing 660 residential apartments distributed in the form of one living room to four living rooms with different areas between 89 m2 to 355 m2, where the interior configuration of the apartments is distributed between a duplex garden, a regular flat floor and a second floor. Duplex with upper terrace. Our apartments have a Turkish bath and a sauna. Our project is very rich in public services, as it contains open and closed swimming pools, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a sports club, children’s play areas, a basketball court, a tennis court, a large area for an open cinema, 24/7 security service, as well as open and closed private parking.
